Llegó con Olva courier, las cajas maltratadas.
Al extender la asa del cepillo y volverla a su lugar ya no quedó fija y se movía para ambos lados, al parecer no es muy buena calidad.
El encendido es rápido y el vapor constante en cualquier posición, extrajo poco pelo y lo difícil es limpiarlo al terminar. El ruido es bajo y no molesta a los gatos sobre todo.
